Chinese New Year is just 3 days away and we're getting ready for the big 16-day celebration of the Year of the Snake. Starting on February 9th, New Year's Eve, we'll be featuring a tidbit about various Chinese traditions such as clothing, activities and of course, my favorite... FOOD!
